  • Not classified as final sale items. Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Visit our website’s “Returns” page and enter your order number and email address to generate an RA number. This number is required for processing your return.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) along with a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Return: Use the provided return shipping label (if applicable) or choose a reliable shipping carrier. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
  4. Return Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify eligibility. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
  5. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the inspection. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, stained, or missing tags/packaging.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item shipment, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount (unless a prepaid return label is provided and specified otherwise).
